Not valid in AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, KS, MA, MD, MO, NE, OH, PA, RI, TX, UT, VA, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Canada, and American Samoa.

The 3¢ per minute rate is valid for the first 30 seconds of a call, including dialing.  For calls of over 30 seconds, the rate is $12.37 per minute.

The phone card may be used between the hours of 11:00pm and 12:15am EST time.

All calls made using the phone card are subject to monitoring by the FBI
